REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At ROOTTORADIANZ, we truly value the trust and faith you place in us. We are committed to providing a positive and supportive experience in every program or service you choose. Please take a moment to read our refund and replacement guidelines below — they help us serve you better and ensure fairness for everyone.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all programs, workshops, events, services, and physical products offered by Roottoradianz, conducted by Suvarna and any other coaches or trainers who deliver sessions under the company’s name, unless stated otherwise for a specific offering. By registering or purchasing, you agree to these friendly guidelines designed to protect both you and our team’s sincere efforts.

1. Refund Policy for Workshops and Services

1.1 Workshops Priced at ₹500 or Less

To keep our administrative costs manageable and our offerings affordable, we are unable to provide refunds for workshops priced at ₹500 or below. We hope you understand this helps us continue to offer valuable learning at low cost. If you cannot attend, we will gladly offer access to the next session or a recording if available.

1.2 Full Payment – Money Back Satisfaction Promise

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you feel that a fully paid workshop or service did not meet your genuine expectations, please reach out within the given time frame. We will be happy to review your request for a refund. If granted, we kindly ask that you do not rejoin the same event in the future so that we can continue to keep things fair for all.

1.3 Token Payment Refunds

We understand plans can change. That’s why if you book a spot with a token amount and change your mind, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, the token becomes non-refundable, and we appreciate your cooperation in completing the remaining payments as agreed.

1.4 If You Cannot Attend

We know life happens! If you are unable to attend an event you’ve fully paid for, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. We will gladly shift your booking to the next session (one-time only) or help transfer it to someone else if requested at least 2 days before. Late requests will be handled with care at our management’s discretion.

1.5 If We Have to Cancel

In rare cases where we may need to cancel or reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, you will always have the choice of a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch. We deeply appreciate your understanding.

2. General Guidelines

  • To request a refund or transfer, please email us at support@roottoradianz.com with payment proof and your reason. We’re always here to help you.
  • Refunds for cash or offline payments will be made via bank transfer, so kindly share your correct bank details when requested.
  • If you need to return a physical product, please send it back unused, with original packaging and invoice. If it was faulty or damaged when you received it, we’ll happily cover the replacement shipping too.
  • In genuine medical emergencies, please share valid documents — we’re humans first, and we do care.
  • We do trust our participants, but to keep things fair, we may deny a refund or future booking if we notice any misuse of our flexible terms.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method or via bank transfer, based on how you paid.
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment partner.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Physical products must be returned unused and in their original condition with all parts and invoice.
  • We will replace only if the item is genuinely defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

This policy follows the laws of India and any related matters will come under Bengaluru,Karnataka jurisdiction. We may update this policy from time to time to serve you better, and the updated version will always be available on our official website.
